This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Elevate the quality standards for all content published by Stride across various clients and channels.
• Report directly to the Director of Stride.
• Lead the SEO team and design efforts.
• Manage the executive LinkedIn program from start to finish, encompassing interviews, drafts, edits, approvals, and publishing for both the executive cohort and the company page.
• Oversee the weekly content pipeline for every retainer client from initial brief through to publication.
• Provide briefs and quality assurance for the SEO team and designer on a weekly basis.
• Develop client-specific editorial guidelines that address voice, preferred and avoided terminology, and examples of high-quality content.
• Sustain AI writing workflows and maintain prompt libraries.
• Transition new clients into content creation within two weeks following their positioning sprint through documented, repeatable onboarding processes.
• Write and edit content weekly, ensuring it meets publication quality standards.
• Progress towards the role of Head of Content as the client base grows.
• Minimum of five years of experience in writing and editing B2B content.
• A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of work, including long-form articles, landing pages, social media posts, newsletters, and case studies.
• Proven experience in writing LinkedIn content on behalf of founders, executives, or investors.
• Skill in swiftly enhancing drafts—whether human or AI-generated—to ensure clarity, specificity, and engagement.
• Experience in directly managing at least one individual or overseeing suppliers such as freelancers, SEO agencies, or designers.
• Daily proficiency with AI writing tools, with the ability to discern when they add value and when they produce unnecessary filler.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles, including search intent, brief creation, and on-page structure.
• Native or near-native proficiency in written English.
• Must be located in a European time zone.
• Experience in enhancing a content metric in an in-house B2B setting, such as traffic, rankings, audience growth, or pipeline development.
• Previous agency experience is highly regarded.
• Background in content creation for sectors like SaaS, private equity, venture capital, or professional services is advantageous.
• Familiarity with terms used in private equity and venture capital, such as value creation, operating partners, portfolio companies, and post-acquisition strategies.
• Proficiency in Danish as a second language; knowledge of Swedish or German is also beneficial.
• Experience in optimizing content for AI search technologies, including ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Google AI Overviews.
• A keen eye for design and layout to effectively brief and evaluate graphics.
• Background in journalism or editorial work.
• Comfortable using project management tools like Wrike and Google Workspace.
• Fully remote work arrangement within European time zones.
