Content Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Transform insightful observations and clear guidance into polished content under the direction of the senior designer.

• Design posters, image posts, carousels, and typeset Signals.

• Create layouts for essays and short films.

• Generate refined variations of approved concepts for testing and dissemination.

• Manage templates, source materials, and reusable creative assets.

• Oversee the publishing calendar and coordinate content scheduling across various channels.

• Analyze performance metrics, including saves, shares, follower growth, return visits, and top-performing pieces.

• Pay attention to audience inquiries, objections, and language to guide future projects.

• Refer customer, product, or sensitive matters to the appropriate individual.

• Provide a weekly performance report.

• Publish content while avoiding engagement with public brand replies or community management.

• A portfolio or collection of completed, crafted work.

• Experience delivering a high volume of finished projects while upholding quality standards.

• Proficiency in typography, composition, cropping, and grading.

• Ability to execute AI-driven drafts, layouts, and variations.

• Strong creative judgment and discernment.

• Capability to present written observations without oversimplifying them.

• Willingness to take direction without needing every decision explicitly outlined.

• Drive and efficiency to produce outstanding work and rapidly improve.

• Residing in Canada.

• A portfolio displaying relevant writing, social media posts, campaigns, videos, or other creative projects.

• Canadian work authorization or applicable employment eligibility.
