Content Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the positioning thesis and growth goals.

• Establish editorial pillars that address the pain points of target personas and ideal customer profiles (ICPs).

• Harmonize the content strategy with paid media, social media, educational initiatives, sales, and product efforts.

• Oversee a comprehensive multichannel editorial calendar encompassing blogs, social media, emails, rich assets, and the website.

• Manage both internal production and external partnerships for copywriting, design, video content, and SEO efforts.

• Maintain narrative consistency across brand initiatives, performance metrics, and product offerings.

• Lead content initiatives aimed at generating qualified leads and marketing qualified leads (MQLs).

• Assist in feature launches and strategic campaigns.

• Formulate content strategies for executives and spokespeople.

• Integrate content with public relations and institutional representation.

• Track metrics related to traffic, conversion rates, and pipeline impact.

• Refine content based on analytics and SEO performance.

• Create executive reports that provide actionable insights.

• Propel audience growth and qualified demand, enhance brand positioning, and expedite pipeline and revenue in a B2B SaaS environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in B2B content creation within SaaS companies.

• Strong understanding of the marketing funnel and demand generation strategies.

• Practical knowledge of SEO principles.

• Capability to analyze and interpret metrics effectively.

• Strategic writing focused on conversion and revenue generation.

• Preferred: experience in HRTech or software solutions for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
