This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop, revise, and oversee website content across various Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Partner with teams to strategize, create, and execute website content, design, and layout.
• Edit, compress, transfer, and manage visual assets within Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
• Assist development teams with technical integrations and resolve content-related challenges.
• Set up and implement third-party integrations across different websites.
• Work alongside the Content Team on considerations for using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) with third-party integrations.
• Utilize AEM authoring tools to enhance implementation and support rollouts across multiple sites.
• Conduct quality assurance assessments of both personal and peer work.
• Publish and activate website content according to predefined schedules.
• Collaborate with Engagement Managers, Content Writers, Product Specialists, and developers to ensure precision and brand consistency.
• Make sure CMS components align with content, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Enforce legal and compliance standards, including copyright, accessibility, data protection, and legal disclaimers.
• Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and propose enhancements to the digital user experience.
• Proven experience working with content management systems or web publishing platforms.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong dedication to quality.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Capacity to juggle multiple priorities and process information swiftly.
• Ability to address problems both independently and in collaboration with others.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Capacity to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with SharePoint, project management tools, Adobe software, and CMS platforms.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to foresee and manage risks.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
• Composed and patient demeanor when working under pressure.
• Prior experience as a Content Author, Web Content Specialist, Content Editor, or Content Manager.
• Practical experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office, and various CMS platforms.
• Knowledge of Jira.
• Familiarity with Confluence.
• Working knowledge of WCAG AA accessibility standards.
• Basic understanding of HTML and web development.
• Awareness of SEO principles and web traffic metrics.
• Experience with Digital Asset Management platforms.
• Experience conducting quality assurance for digital content.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Initial six-month, full-time contract, with the potential for extension based on business needs and performance.
