This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Manage incoming customer inquiries
β’ Diagnose and resolve basic technical problems
β’ Support customers in adding or removing products and services
β’ Engage with hundreds of customers nationwide each week
β’ Address and resolve customer support challenges
β’ Promote and sell new products and services
β’ Deliver an exceptional customer experience
β’ Listen attentively to customers, recognize their needs, and provide solutions
β’ Utilize systems and technology for account management tasks
β’ Identify sales opportunities and leverage sales techniques for upgrades
β’ Clearly explain and position products and processes to customers
β’ Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction to management
β’ Strive for first-call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling
β’ Must be at least 18 years old
β’ High school diploma or equivalent qualification
β’ Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication abilities
β’ Proficient typing skills at a speed of 20+ words per minute
β’ Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
β’ Fundamental understanding of the Windows operating system
β’ Highly dependable with consistent attendance and punctuality
β’ Capability to assess, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer concerns
β’ Skillful in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
β’ Customer service-oriented: empathetic, responsive, patient, and diligent
β’ Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain focus, and work independently
β’ Strong team player with a customer-centric approach
β’ Capacity to excel in a fast-paced environment with ongoing changes and uncertainties
β’ Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to foster relationships with team members and customers
β’ Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is located
β’ Must be willing to undergo a Level II background and/or security check involving fingerprinting
β’ Must agree to drug screening; this does not apply in Canada
β’ Must have a home broadband internet connection
