Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Act as the pedagogical and platform authority within the Professional Services team.

• Enable clients to establish Collaborative Learning organizations by mastering both the platform and its methodology.

• Oversee the One-to-Many offering, which includes Engagement Academy and Stadium webinars.

• Ensure that clients acquire the knowledge and confidence necessary for successful implementation projects.

• Create a scalable learning ecosystem and develop training content.

• Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Product teams to address client pain points and requirements.

• Attain mastery of the platform's core user experience and Collaborative Learning methodology.

• Become an expert on the platform from both user and admin viewpoints and achieve certification in the methodology.

• Observe Stadium webinars and Academy workflows.

• Facilitate Stadium webinars and receive constructive feedback from peers.

• Revise the Engagement Academy in accordance with product updates.

• Establish quarterly priorities with a coach related to the Support & Services roadmap.

• Contribute to the Confluence knowledge base.

• Lead initiatives that enhance the One-to-Many strategy, including new webinar formats, gamification of the Academy, or localized content.

• Engage in Product discovery meetings and share insights regarding client usage and adoption.

• Evaluate Academy completion rates and Stadium satisfaction scores.

• Develop processes and maintain documentation within Confluence.

• Onboard and mentor new Trainers.

• Take ownership of a recurring team pillar and create advanced toolkits and training pathways.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Trainer or in a client-facing role within Customer Success/Care.

• Strong listening and teaching abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• A proactive mindset with a preference for a results-driven culture.

• Previous experience in the learning industry is advantageous.

• Exceptional writing abilities across various styles and tones.

• Flawless spelling and grammar in German, English, and French.
