Consumer Sales Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Deliver telephone assistance to clients in the e-commerce and insurance sectors.

• Assess customer requirements and provide optimal or alternative product recommendations.

• Inform potential clients about insurance options, offer quotes, and finalize sales.

• Keep an extensive understanding of products and services while staying updated on changes to products or policies.

• Precisely input customer information and revise existing policies as needed.

• Respond to customer inquiries with empathy, addressing concerns and guiding customers towards commitment.

• Collaborate effectively with AI, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud-based tools, adhering to standards of data governance, security, and ethical use.

⛳️ Requirements

• Six (6) to twelve (12) months of experience in a customer service or sales role.

• Post-secondary education is strongly preferred.

• TICO certification or a willingness to obtain certification.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent customer service capabilities with a strong focus on client satisfaction.

• Commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Fluency in French is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Candidates must be residents of Canada; those living in Quebec will not be considered.
