This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Assist the Correspondent Account Executive for the Pacific Northwest region.
• Collaborate with the Account Executive on client prospecting, onboarding new clients, managing annual renewals, and handling administrative duties.
• Partner with the Client Performance and Execution analyst to recognize and address client quality trends.
• Offer insights on lender pipeline and suggest improvements for loan manufacturing quality.
• Act as the primary contact for client escalations, which include loan-level transactional issues, Portal access/support, billing inquiries, follow-ups on channel initiatives, Risk/QC rebuttals, and disputes concerning outstanding documents.
• Organize monthly client business review and quality review calls while ensuring proactive communication with correspondent lenders.
• Collaborate with the Account Executive to identify and assist lenders in resolving non-compliance issues.
• Help secure additional volume from current clients and engage in prospecting for new clients/volume within the designated territory.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience, covering onboarding, recertification, resolution of post-purchase issues, funding inquiries, and consumer servicing questions.
• Establish and manage administrative users for the Correspondent Lending Portal site.
• Keep lender contact details updated in Salesforce.com.
• Complete additional tasks or projects as assigned.
• 2-5 years of experience in correspondent lending originations, specifically in sales support and operations.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to cultivate and enhance relationships with both internal partners and external clients.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Salesforce.com is preferred.
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience is required.
