• Conduct research, interpret, and analyze consumer product safety laws, regulations, directives, and relevant industry standards across various jurisdictions.

• Review, draft, edit, and assess legal and regulatory compliance documentation.

• Evaluate product safety case studies, hypothetical compliance scenarios, and regulatory frameworks.

• Analyze product compliance strategies and suggest enhancements or risk mitigation measures in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

• Simplify complex regulatory language into clear, organized, and practical guidance.

• Identify compliance deficiencies, potential product safety risks, and legal ramifications within regulatory materials.

• Review and verify AI-generated legal and regulatory content for accuracy, completeness, and practical relevance.

• Provide structured legal analysis and expert insights for AI training and evaluation datasets.

• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure the delivery of precise, high-quality work within set deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) or an equivalent legal qualification.

• Significant professional experience in consumer product safety, product regulation, consumer protection, or regulatory compliance law.

• Strong comprehension of pertinent product safety legislation, regulatory frameworks, and compliance responsibilities.

• Experience in interpreting intricate legal and technical regulatory documents.

• Proven ability to draft and review legal opinions, compliance policies, regulatory documentation, or similar materials.

• Exceptional written communication skills with the capability to clarify complex legal concepts effectively.

• Excellent analytical reasoning, critical thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.
