Consumer Law Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Prepare legal documents, defenses, appeals, and initial complaints of varying complexity.

• Maintain and update case management and procedural tracking systems.

• Recognize and implement various strategies for managing and advancing cases within the assigned portfolio.

• Manage civil litigation and a high volume of cases.

• Prior experience as an attorney in a law firm is required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law with active registration in the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).

• Strong understanding of civil procedure and civil law.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Proficiency in English is an advantage.

• Specialization in civil procedure or other legal fields is preferred.

• Must exhibit a proactive mindset.

• Excellent internal and external communication skills, including client interactions.

• Strong organizational capabilities, a sense of urgency, and the ability to enhance time management and workflows.
