Consultor/a SuccessFactors, Employee Central, Time Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Lead the implementation, evolution, and optimization of personnel management and time management solutions.

• Serve as a functional reference for clients and project teams.

• Facilitate workshops for requirements gathering, functional analysis, and design sessions.

• Design and implement solutions for Employee Central and Time Management.

• Define organizational structures, business rules, workflows, permissions, and advanced configurations.

• Define and optimize personnel administration processes.

• Configure and maintain time management processes.

• Advise on standard best practices for SAP SuccessFactors.

• Manage the functional scope of the project, including risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.

• Prepare functional documentation, test cases, user manuals, and support documentation.

• Analyze the impact of SAP SuccessFactors semi-annual releases and propose enhancements.

• Act as a functional reference and mentor for junior consultants.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Time Management implementation projects.

• Participation in at least 2 end-to-end Employee Central implementation projects, preferably including Time Management.

• Official certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Time Tracking.
