📋 Description

• Monitor continuous improvement with operational and technical teams

• Organize proposed and executed transformative initiatives

• Gather information on the IT process model and its specifications through dialogue with client participants

• Analyze the current situation, ongoing improvements, and the maturity of processes

• Participate in the design, modeling, and implementation of strategic lines for continuous improvement of IT processes

• Document the status of continuous improvement through presentations and reports

• Create deliverables for clients and internal services

• Present and disseminate developed documents

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience and knowledge in handling IT service processes and procedures

• Experience in activities related to continuous improvement

• An organized, methodical, proactive, and analytical individual

• Strong capacity for teamwork

• Good communication skills for the dissemination and implementation of processes and procedures

• Technical knowledge in solution development and innovations is valued
