Consultor SAP HCM, Módulos PA/OM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Participate in the implementation, support, and evolution of projects in SAP HCM environments.

• Manage master data for personnel, organizational structures, and HR processes.

• Ensure that solutions are compliant with Spanish public sector regulations.

• Collaborate with end-users, technical teams, and senior consultants.

• Provide functional solutions that align with business processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Senior Consultant in Organizational Structure PA-OM.

• Approximately 3 years of functional experience in the Organizational Management (OM) and Personnel Administration (PA) modules.

• Experience in implementation, support, and evolution projects within SAP HCM environments.

• Strong experience in managing master data for personnel, organizational structures, and HR processes.

• Experience in adapting processes to comply with Spanish public sector regulations.

• Experience working with end-users, technical teams, and senior consultants.

• Functional knowledge of SAP HCM and PA/OM modules.
