📋 Description

• Responsible for ensuring the optimal customer service journey.

• Engage in customer service (both external and internal) with the aim of providing the best customer experience;

• Analyze consumer complaints, addressing the root cause effectively;

• Clearly and objectively communicate the handling of requests to both external and internal stakeholders;

• Ensure adherence to operational and business indicators while achieving set targets;

• Utilize tools and systems used in customer service to consult and record information.

• Completed high school education;

• Experience using computer resources;

• Background in customer service roles;

• Basic mathematics knowledge.
