This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Conduct research on potential clients within targeted industries and maintain a current client database.

• Follow up on leads to successfully convert prospects into clients.

• Identify opportunities for new market segments in Operational service offerings.

• Source candidates by advertising, searching, and networking within logistics, skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail sectors.

• Execute candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments.

• Match candidates with specific client job requirements for operational and contingent roles.

• Attend client meetings to discuss project specifics, candidate profiles, and search strategies.

• Offer interview preparation and coaching to candidates.

• Collaborate with team members to pinpoint needs and assess alternative recruiting solutions within Operational Talent Solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive conceptual knowledge and experience in the relevant discipline.

• Increasing familiarity with the company, its processes, and its clients.

• Proven experience in conducting client research and maintaining a current client database.

• Experience in sourcing candidates through advertising, searching, and networking.

• Background in logistics, skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and/or retail talent markets.

• Competence in conducting candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments.

• Ability to match candidates with client job requirements for operational and contingent roles.

• Capability to participate in client meetings and discuss project specifics, candidate profiles, and search strategies.

• Proficient in providing interview preparation and coaching.

• Skill in identifying operational recruiting needs and evaluating alternative recruiting solutions.

• Ability to navigate existing policies, procedures, and instructions to resolve routine issues.
