This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in sourcing, pursuing, winning, and delivering projects through Cityfi's core work or integrated initiatives across consulting and CannonDesign.
• Enhance capacity and drive the establishment, definition, and expansion of the Cityfi brand and team.
• Act as a member of the leadership team within CannonDesign's consulting platform.
• Secure and deliver projects that align with Cityfi's strategic ambitions.
• Identify market opportunities across consulting brands and devise a sustainable plan for Cityfi in the US, Canada, and the EU.
• Define investments, create business planning materials and pro forma, and manage to achieve a 10% year-over-year growth in Net Signed Fee (NSF) and revenue while ensuring at least 25% profitability.
• Refine the growth strategy for Cityfi in response to market opportunities and challenges.
• Establish the operating platform necessary for successful client delivery across consulting services.
• Monitor, report, and facilitate the achievement of growth key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Recruit and cultivate talent to scale the network and enhance opportunities.
• Implement Living-Centered Design principles with multidisciplinary teams to develop user-centered solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and internal partners.
• Integrate human-centered strategies that reflect community, social, operational, and financial impacts.
• Utilize technical skills on relevant projects and mentor project teams.
• Win and lead complex civic innovation, transit, and mobility projects.
• Drive growth in active opportunities, achieving $3M in subsequent-year Net Signed Fee, 10% year-over-year Cityfi revenue and profit growth, and 50% direct utilization on billable Cityfi projects.
• Demonstrated success in leadership roles within both private and public sectors, with a strong reputation in mobility and civic innovation.
• Experience in top-tier consulting, planning, operations, or development.
• Proven experience in managing talent development functions, including team building and creating talent pipelines.
• Background in developing a global multi-disciplinary consulting practice, including operational integration across various branded services.
• Advisory experience in both public and private sectors in business strategy, experience, planning, placemaking, mobility, and urban planning.
• Capability to manage multiple corporate priorities and several client projects while expanding a new service line across a wide geographic area.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Master’s or advanced degree is preferred.
• Technical skills applicable to relevant projects.
