Consulting Manager – Cloud Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead innovative technology teams throughout the client engagement journey, managing timelines, prioritizing tasks, and eliminating obstacles.

• Serve as a billable Azure Architect for one or more client projects, aiming for a targeted utilization of 75%.

• Hold regular one-on-one meetings with direct reports to assess delivery and employee performance.

• Set management objectives focused on professional development and career progression.

• Recognize training requirements and create training plans for direct reports.

• Assist team members in meeting client delivery goals.

• Oversee team utilization and bench time to stay within budgeted levels.

• Provide work estimates at the project or program level.

• Address and resolve personnel challenges.

• Motivate and cultivate team commitment and trust.

• Participate in pre-sales initiatives and activities.

• Help define and enhance client experience and engagement processes alongside the sales team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in consulting.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Excellent communication skills for both internal and client interactions.

• Strong attention to detail coupled with robust analytical abilities.

• A passion for leveraging technology to address challenges.

• Capability to build and nurture relationships with clients and project teams.

• Proficiency in problem-solving, including task prioritization, effective time management, and guiding teams through resolution processes.

• Ability to thrive in a closely collaborative atmosphere.

• Microsoft Azure Certifications are highly preferred but not mandatory.

• Candidates must not need work visa sponsorship, as 3Cloud is unable to sponsor applicants for work visas.
