Consulting Director, Clinical Integration – Value Analysis

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a subject matter expert in value analysis, providing guidance to clients on cost-effective strategies for product and service selection, pricing, utilization, and ensuring quality patient care.

• Assist clients and project sponsors in navigating value analysis processes and spearhead value analysis investigations.

• Collaborate with physicians, clinicians, and allied healthcare professionals to assess needs and initiate evaluations of products and services.

• Liaise with evaluators, suppliers, and client teams to secure the necessary products and services for evaluation.

• Oversee the implementation of approved product and service transitions in partnership with supply chain teams, educational resources, suppliers, and user groups.

• Conduct scenario and financial analyses to assess proposed programs, processes, products, and services.

• Research, analyze, and present findings objectively to support informed decision-making and achieve measurable outcomes.

• Lead intricate consulting engagements, teams, and projects aimed at enhancing supply expense management and value analysis goals.

• Cultivate collaborative relationships with clinical, operational, and executive clients to build consensus and drive change.

• Identify and execute opportunities to enhance processes, procedures, systems, quality, and client service.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred relevant degree.

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience required.

• Nursing degree and clinical experience preferred.

• Advanced degree in business administration, health science, or a related field preferred.

• Required experience in leading cost-saving initiatives within complex healthcare settings or consulting engagements.

• Required experience with value analysis, product evaluation, and initiatives focused on product cost reduction.

• Proven skills in program planning, project management, performance improvement, and change management.

• Strong analytical abilities with knowledge of financial and accounting principles.

• Excellent skills in communication, presentation, relationship-building, and consensus development.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with experience presenting to clinical and executive audiences.

• Willingness to travel regularly and promptly throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and schedules.
