
Consulting Director, Clinical Integration β Value Analysis

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as a subject matter expert in value analysis, providing guidance to clients on cost-effective strategies for product and service selection, pricing, utilization, and ensuring quality patient care.
β’ Assist clients and project sponsors in navigating value analysis processes and spearhead value analysis investigations.
β’ Collaborate with physicians, clinicians, and allied healthcare professionals to assess needs and initiate evaluations of products and services.
β’ Liaise with evaluators, suppliers, and client teams to secure the necessary products and services for evaluation.
β’ Oversee the implementation of approved product and service transitions in partnership with supply chain teams, educational resources, suppliers, and user groups.
β’ Conduct scenario and financial analyses to assess proposed programs, processes, products, and services.
β’ Research, analyze, and present findings objectively to support informed decision-making and achieve measurable outcomes.
β’ Lead intricate consulting engagements, teams, and projects aimed at enhancing supply expense management and value analysis goals.
β’ Cultivate collaborative relationships with clinical, operational, and executive clients to build consensus and drive change.
β’ Identify and execute opportunities to enhance processes, procedures, systems, quality, and client service.
β’ Preferred relevant degree.
β’ Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience required.
β’ Nursing degree and clinical experience preferred.
β’ Advanced degree in business administration, health science, or a related field preferred.
β’ Required experience in leading cost-saving initiatives within complex healthcare settings or consulting engagements.
β’ Required experience with value analysis, product evaluation, and initiatives focused on product cost reduction.
β’ Proven skills in program planning, project management, performance improvement, and change management.
β’ Strong analytical abilities with knowledge of financial and accounting principles.
β’ Excellent skills in communication, presentation, relationship-building, and consensus development.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with experience presenting to clinical and executive audiences.
β’ Willingness to travel regularly and promptly throughout the year to meet clientsβ needs and schedules.
