📋 Description

• Provide consultation and guidance to clients across diverse sectors, platforms, and service lines regarding the design and implementation of digital technologies aimed at fostering business innovation and improving customer experiences.

• Enhance innovation, strategy, product development, manufacturing, and wider supply chain processes within Consulting, Cybersecurity, Data Science & Internet of Things, Enterprise Technology, and Manufacturing Operations.

• Partner with clients and internal teams to create solutions and support research and innovation efforts.

• Propel internal initiatives and aid in the development of fellow interns while enriching company culture.

• Engage in an 8–12-week summer internship centered on digital transformation and innovation consulting.

• Acquire client-facing experience, take on leadership responsibilities, produce client deliverables, and contribute to internal projects and business development efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.; Rockwell Automation will not provide visa sponsorship for this job position, either presently or in the future.

• An undergraduate degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field in progress, with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 and an anticipated graduation date of Spring 2028.

• Proven skills in leadership, teamwork, presentation, and customer engagement.

• Competence in developing Machine Learning models and understanding mathematical concepts.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
