📋 Description

• Provide consultation and guidance to clients across various industries, platforms, and service lines on the design and implementation of digital technologies aimed at fostering business innovation and improving customer experiences.

• Enhance innovation, strategy, product development, manufacturing, and overall supply chain processes within Consulting, Cybersecurity, Data Science & Internet of Things, Enterprise Technology, or Manufacturing Operations.

• Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to create solutions while contributing to research and innovation efforts.

• Lead internal projects and aid in the development of fellow interns and the company culture.

• Complete a summer internship lasting 8–12 weeks, involving client-facing tasks, leadership roles, client deliverables, internal projects, and contributions to business development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.; Rockwell Automation will not provide sponsorship for employment visas, either now or in the future, for this position.

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 and an anticipated graduation date of Spring 2028.

• Proven skills in leadership, team collaboration, presentations, and customer engagement.

• Experience with Machine Learning model development and a strong foundation in mathematical concepts.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
