Senior Visual Artist – Game Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Create innovative and captivating iLottery concepts that adhere to fundamental design principles.

• Produce and illustrate high-quality game assets, transforming them into polished vector art.

• Animate game components while adhering to essential animation principles and established animation workflows.

• Conceptualize and deliver games from inception to support with minimal guidance.

• Meet project deadlines and consistently surpass expectations.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and other members of the Game Studio, including 2D Artists and Spine Animators.

• Mentor fellow team members and disseminate knowledge effectively.

• Provide and accept feedback in a clear and organized manner.

• Encourage reusability and enhance efficiency throughout the design and development phases.

• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in iLottery game design.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience with Spine animation software, Adobe Creative Suite, and digital drawing workflows.

• Demonstrated experience with 2D mobile and/or web games.

• More than 5 years of expertise in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Animate.

• A strong portfolio that highlights game design and animation capabilities.

• Solid understanding of fundamental design and animation principles.

• Capability to generate concepts, themes, and innovative user interfaces and experiences.

• A passion for iGaming and crafting engaging user experiences.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in providing and receiving constructive feedback in a positive and professional manner.

• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a highly skilled team.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.

• Skillful in managing workload effectively and prioritizing tasks autonomously.

• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or above.

• Nice-to-have: Proven experience with 3D mobile and/or web games.
