Consultant – SAP HCM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Set up SAP HCM with a focus on Payroll functionalities.

• Engage in technical consulting and analysis at L3/L4 levels.

• Collaborate with Personnel Calculation Rules (PCR).

• Address and rectify HR/payroll-related configurations.

• Implement modifications to HR attributes and configurations.

• Resolve issues with downstream configurations.

• Be available for evening shifts in India with necessary US overlap.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience in SAP HCM at L3/L4 level.

• Proficient hands-on experience in SAP HCM configuration, especially in Payroll.

• Practical experience with Personnel Calculation Rules (PCR).

• Background in remediating HR/payroll-related configurations.

• Capability to implement changes to HR attributes/configurations and address downstream configuration issues.

• Primarily focused on hands-on keyboard/configuration tasks rather than functional/project management roles.

• Willingness to work during India evening shifts/US overlaps, approximately from 2 PM to 11 PM IST.

• Flexibility for shift and weekend work may be required based on workload.

• Availability to start promptly, ideally on 1 October or the following week, subject to onboarding processes.
