This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Offer residential conveyancing services as a Consultant Property Lawyer or Consultant Property Solicitor

• Oversee sale, purchase, remortgage, and transfers of equity transactions

• Manage both freehold and leasehold property dealings

• Develop and oversee your own caseload while sourcing clients

• Provide an outstanding client experience

• Establish legal fees for clients referred to Eden

• Utilize the MyEden case management system and digital tools for efficient operations

• Collaborate with sales, Welcome, finance, administration, and technical legal support teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of post-qualified experience

• Qualified in residential conveyancing as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive

• Strong commitment to client service and the ability to provide an exceptional client experience

• Motivation to build and manage your own caseload

• Proven experience and proficiency in sale, purchase, remortgage, and transfers of equity tasks

• Familiarity with freehold and leasehold property transactions

• A solid affinity for digital technology and a focus on working smarter
