Consultant, Digital Process Excellence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Assisting clients in understanding the value added by technology

• Innovating and systematically enhancing business processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness

• Developing and implementing intelligent automation solutions

• Exploring improvement opportunities related to productivity, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction

• Designing and implementing Lean Six Sigma, AI, Process Mining, Low-Code, and RPA

• Advising clients on the sustainable and effective integration of new technologies

• Being involved in client issues from research to implementation

• Engaging in Lean projects, technical solutions, and workshops using Scrum and Design Thinking

• Acting as a bridge between clients and technologies from the Digital Stack

• Explaining complex technology in an understandable manner to clients

• Executing individual sub-projects

• Collaborating with DPE colleagues and peers within KPMG

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed Master's degree at the intersection of business administration/economics and technology (e.g., Technical Business Administration, AI, IT, or an engineering study)

• Affinity for (generative) AI, Process Mining, Low-Code, and RPA

• Motivated to actively apply technology in daily work

• Experience in programming and scripting, for example, Python, JavaScript, or SQL, is a plus

• Ability to translate business issues into technical solutions and to navigate between business and IT

• Conceptual and structured working approach

• Proactive and collaborative mindset

• Drive to solve complex issues
