This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Deliver HRIS module configurations independently and assist in project delivery.

• Collaborate with client SMEs to collect business requirements and document functional specifications.

• Provide guidance to clients on system design alternatives and HRIS best practices.

• Configure and test modules to align with client specifications.

• Execute or assist with data migration tasks.

• Conduct comprehensive demos and UAT walkthroughs.

• Gather and process client feedback to facilitate system modifications.

• Provide training to end-users on various modules.

• Develop BRDs, training resources, and project documentation.

• Address post-implementation issues within established SLAs.

• Implement minor enhancements based on client suggestions.

• Facilitate workshops, extract insights, communicate effectively with stakeholders, manage responsibilities, review work meticulously, balance client demands with solution feasibility, and analyze root causes to recommend solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

• 2–4 years of experience in HRIS Implementation / Support / End User roles.

• Practical experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and self-management abilities.

• SAP SuccessFactors Certification is required.
