📋 Description

• Engage in the resolution of construction disputes, including claims preparation and analysis, forensic accounting, cost analysis, project controls, and contract administration support for active projects.

• Quantify damages, encompassing loss of productivity, prolongation costs, extra work, and contract evaluations.

• Assist in the preparation of expert reports.

• Perform in-depth data research.

• Maintain client relationships and complete tasks within strict deadlines.

• Create and present findings to effectively communicate results.

• Aid in the management and/or oversight of construction projects, especially in the infrastructure and energy sectors.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction in deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction and engineering field, emphasizing construction claims, cost control, and change order management.

• An accredited undergraduate degree in engineering, construction management, accounting, or a related field from a reputable university.

• Possession of a professional license and/or certifications (e.g., professional engineer or engineer in training, cost professional, project management professional, or equivalent).

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

• Capability to lead and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.

• Professional demeanor and ability to foster client relationships based on trust.

• Solid technical grounding in project planning and control.

• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and construction scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

• Adaptability in work practices.

• Familiarity with project-based work and the ability to perform under pressure while meeting deadlines.

• Willingness to travel for various assignments.
