This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement robust custom automation solutions across the entire project lifecycle utilizing Appian’s AI-Powered Process Automation platform.

• Establish seamless data connections and scalable APIs that integrate external enterprise systems through REST, SOAP, and JDBC.

• Deploy relational data models into production and enhance database design through SQL development.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies, which encompass sprints, stand-ups, and pair programming.

• Work closely with client technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Promote platform adoption and provide training to empower users to be self-sufficient.

• Strategize modern business transformations and deliver tailored software solutions.

• Engage with client executives to address complex workflow challenges and establish robust integrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a closely related technical field.

• 1+ years of practical experience in software development or technical implementation consulting.

• Demonstrated expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), database design, and SQL, including complex queries, joins, and views.

• Capability to analyze client business processes and convert them into functional and technical system requirements.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% to facilitate customer engagements and on-site collaboration.

• Familiarity with contemporary cloud architecture and environments, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud, or Elastic Containers.

• Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning, Analytics, and automated test suites within a continuous integration framework.
