This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Engage in active construction projects focused on the assembly of municipal, industrial, and agricultural liquid storage systems.
β’ Utilize power tools and equipment to construct tank systems, including impact tools, torque wrenches, and caulking equipment.
β’ Collaborate with a field crew, typically comprising 5 team members including the Foreman, to organize daily tasks.
β’ Enhance project timelines through dependable execution, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.
β’ Travel extensively across Canada to various project sites, including overnight stays away from home as dictated by project needs.
β’ Adjust to schedules that differ from job to job based on project demands.
β’ Prior experience in construction is essential.
β’ Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment centered around safety, productivity, quality, and customer service.
β’ Strong time management abilities.
β’ Capability to perform well under pressure.
β’ Valid Class G driverβs license or means to reach the crew meeting point.
β’ Comfortable with physically demanding tasks.
β’ Able to work outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions.
β’ Willingness to acquire new skills.
β’ Open to travel as required.
β’ Proficient in understanding both verbal and written instructions.
