Construction Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Construct municipal, industrial, and agricultural liquid storage systems at active job sites.

• Utilize power tools and equipment, such as impact tools, torque wrenches, and caulking machines.

• Assemble tank systems efficiently.

• Collaborate with a field crew, typically consisting of five team members, including the Foreman, to coordinate daily activities.

• Contribute to project timelines through dependable execution, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.

• Travel to various project locations across Canada, including overnight stays when necessary.

• Previous experience in the construction industry is essential.

• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment that prioritizes safety, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

• Strong time management skills are required.

• Capability to perform well under pressure.

• Must possess a valid Class G driver’s license or have the means to reach the crew meeting point.

• Must be comfortable with physically demanding tasks.

• Willingness to work outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions.

• A desire to acquire new skills is important.

• Must be open to travel as required.

• Ability to comprehend and follow oral and written instructions.

• Must be able to undertake significant travel to project sites across Canada, including necessary overnight stays away from home.

• Flexibility to work on variable project-based schedules is required.
