Construction Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Construct liquid storage systems for municipal, industrial, and agricultural applications at active job sites.

• Utilize power tools and equipment for the assembly of tank systems, which includes the use of impact tools, torque wrenches, and caulking devices.

• Collaborate with a field crew, typically consisting of five team members including the Foreman, to organize daily activities.

• Ensure that projects progress safely and efficiently.

• Contribute to project timelines through dependable execution, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.

• Be prepared for extensive travel to project locations throughout Canada, including overnight stays away from home as necessary.

• Prior experience in the construction industry.

• Ability to function effectively in a team-oriented environment that prioritizes safety, productivity, quality, and customer service.

• Strong time management capabilities and the ability to perform well under pressure.

• Possession of a valid Class G driver’s license or the means to reach the crew meeting point.

• Physically capable of handling demanding work conditions.

• Willingness to work outdoors for extended periods, regardless of weather conditions.

• A strong desire to acquire new skills.

• Openness to travel frequently.

• Ability to comprehend both verbal and written instructions.

• Capability to work on active construction sites and operate various power tools and equipment.

• Willingness to undertake extensive travel to project locations across Canada, which may include overnight stays depending on project needs.
