This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Oversee construction and colocation activities to deliver high-quality sites that meet customer specifications within established timelines and budgets.
• Organize, plan, prioritize, and schedule deliveries of materials, equipment, labor, and subcontractors.
• Manage field staff and subcontractors effectively.
• Serve as the on-site liaison for clients and relay requirements to internal teams.
• Conduct daily inspections of job sites and take corrective measures to address any deficiencies.
• Uphold and enforce safety practices in accordance with SBA and OSHA standards, conducting daily safety inspections.
• Facilitate weekly safety meetings at job sites and submit reports on attendance and topics discussed.
• Evaluate subcontractor work to ensure compliance with schedule, design, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with client representatives to address issues and coordinate equipment deliveries.
• Maintain effective communication between field and office personnel.
• Verify employee hours and job descriptions with Territory Management.
• Report on resource allocation, equipment needs, scheduling, quality, and budgetary concerns.
• Provide daily status updates and documentation for bid walks.
• Coordinate vendor deliveries and participate in pre-construction site walks.
• Document and report any vehicle accidents and workplace injuries.
• Build and develop a network of subcontractors.
• Ensure that all necessary permits, NTPs, and lease approvals are secured prior to the commencement of construction.
• Recruit, select, onboard, coach, mentor, and manage team members.
• Delegate tasks, offer feedback, and lead performance evaluations and development planning.
• Perform additional duties as needed to guarantee safe, high-quality, and timely project completion.
• High School Diploma or GED in a relevant field of study.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction or equipment installation.
• Experience in wireless telecommunications is preferred.
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically.
• Must possess a valid government-issued driver's license.
• OSHA 10-Hour Safety Course certification is preferred.
• Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is preferred.
• First Aid certification (Adult) is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Availability to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Conditional drug testing required for safety-sensitive roles.
