This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

• Oversee daily field operations for utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and related substation construction activities.

• Act as the onsite representative for construction initiatives.

• Ensure that work is performed safely, efficiently, and adheres to project specifications, quality standards, permits, and scheduling commitments.

• Provide direct supervision of contractor field operations from a QA/QC perspective.

• Coordinate daily construction tasks across various disciplines.

• Identify and address any field-related issues.

• Assist in the successful commissioning and handover of projects.

• Report directly to the Construction Manager.

• High School Diploma.

• Over 4 years of relevant experience.

• Proven experience in field supervision of utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and associated substation construction projects.

• Familiarity with QA/QC oversight processes.

• Capacity to coordinate construction activities across multiple disciplines.

• Skill in identifying and resolving field-related challenges.

• Ability to facilitate project commissioning and turnover.

• Must comply with project specifications, quality standards, permits, and schedules.

• Must adhere to applicable United States export-control regulations.
