Construction Project Manager – Industrial Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead extensive industrial construction projects throughout the United States.

• Oversee capital expenditure initiatives with prolonged timelines in power generation and other heavy industrial sectors.

• Guarantee safe execution, outstanding client satisfaction, robust financial performance, and timely delivery.

• Direct project teams and supervise subcontractors.

• Manage project budgets and forecasts.

• Handle contracts and change orders.

• Act as the main client representative during the entire project lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of project management expertise in industrial construction.

• Experience overseeing projects valued between $5M and $100M.

• In-depth knowledge of project controls, budgeting, forecasting, and contract management.

• Demonstrated capability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure project success.

• Experience in power generation construction is highly preferred.

• Background in pulp & paper, chemical, or heavy industrial manufacturing is advantageous.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred; however, equivalent industry experience will be taken into account.

• OSHA 30 certification is required or the ability to obtain it within 30 days of employment.

• NCCCO Rigger Level I certification is preferred, or the ability to secure it within 90 days of employment.
