
Construction Project Manager β Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
β’ Oversee all facets of new client initiation and construction projects from the planning stage to completion.
β’ Collaborate directly with customers, architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, equipment suppliers, physicists, building owners, and internal stakeholders.
β’ Conduct regular site visits to assess construction progress, quality, timelines, and adherence to project specifications.
β’ Ensure that projects stay on track and within the approved budget whenever feasible.
β’ Examine construction plans, drawings, specifications, and project documentation for precision.
β’ Supervise contractor bidding, project scheduling, equipment delivery, installation, and facility readiness.
β’ Assist in site preparation tasks, including equipment deliveries and installation support.
β’ Provide consistent project status updates to customers, leadership, and operations teams.
β’ Support quality assurance initiatives and ongoing process improvement efforts.
β’ Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, healthcare administrators, contractors, and customers.
β’ Uphold the confidentiality of business operations, project details, and customer information.
β’ Aid in the onboarding and training of new personnel as required.
β’ Travel frequently to customer construction sites across the Western U.S.
β’ Act as the primary coordinator for healthcare facility construction and renovation projects that support customer expansion initiatives.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
β’ Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects concurrently and ensure timely completion.
β’ Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
β’ Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Experience in reading and interpreting construction drawings and project plans.
β’ Skilled in managing project budgets, timelines, and documentation.
β’ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
β’ Professional demeanor with the ability to handle challenges, conflicts, and shifting priorities.
β’ Comfortable interacting with physicians, healthcare professionals, and executive-level stakeholders.
β’ Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel extensively.
β’ Background in healthcare construction or medical facility projects.
β’ Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
β’ Experience managing multi-phase renovation or healthcare infrastructure projects.
β’ Must reside in Phoenix, AZ or the surrounding area.
β’ Ability to safely navigate active construction sites.
β’ Capability to stand and walk for extended durations during site visits.
β’ Ability to lift, push, pull, reach, and move equipment as necessary.
β’ Willingness to travel by car and commercial airlines.
β’ Ability to use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
β’ Capacity to work safely around construction, electrical, magnetic, and ionizing radiation environments.
