Construction Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee and implement construction projects that reflect the mission of Dutch Bros.

• Perform feasibility assessments, architectural design, and planning of worksite layouts.

• Maintain safety and quality standards throughout the duration of the construction activities.

• Manage large-scale projects or processes with minimal oversight from management.

• Contribute to the goals, budgets, and operational plans of the department.

• Make decisions that impact departmental outcomes, functions, or specific geographic areas.

• Engage with regulators, customers, and other external stakeholders regarding business matters.
