Construction Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee data center construction initiatives from inception to completion

• Create timelines, monitor key milestones, and collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams

• Manage project budgets, cost estimates, procurement processes, contracts, and change requests

• Facilitate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) installations

• Assess construction drawings and specifications for precision and adherence to standards

• Supervise project documentation and progress monitoring using Procore, Microsoft Project, or Primavera P6

• Coordinate the integration of access control and CCTV systems

• Oversee testing, startup, and commissioning procedures

• Manage Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Management Systems (EPMS)

• Ensure successful project handover while meeting budgetary, scheduling, safety, quality, and delivery requirements

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience effectively managing and executing data center construction projects

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related discipline

• Proven experience leading intricate construction projects involving various contractors and technical teams

• Comprehensive understanding of critical facility infrastructure, including power distribution, cooling systems, and operational needs

• Experience in coordinating security systems, including access control and CCTV setups

• Proficiency in interpreting technical plans, engineering documents, and construction specifications

• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination abilities

• Capability to handle multiple priorities while ensuring safety, quality, and project delivery standards are upheld
