This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +5 more states.
• Collaborate with EPC partners, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and significant milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
• Recognize risks and proactively escalate issues that could impact timelines, costs, or quality.
• Keep project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communications well-organized.
• Engage in site visits and construction meetings to facilitate effective on-site execution.
• Work in conjunction with Project Development, Development Engineering, Asset Management, and Account Management teams.
• Enhance internal processes, tools, and systems to promote efficiency and scalability.
• Assist in the timely and budget-conscious delivery of commercial-scale solar projects while adhering to high quality and safety standards.
• 1–2+ years of project management experience, or a recent graduate with substantial career experience from an internship, part-time, or full-time position.
• Background in Construction, Project Management, Solar Development, or a similar field providing project management tools and resources.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive in mitigating risks and resolving issues before they impact timelines or budgets.
• Detail-oriented, meticulous, and dedicated to delivering zero-defect outcomes.
• Enthusiastic about learning solar development and construction management.
• Growth-oriented mindset with the ability to devise creative and effective solutions.
• Ability to excel in a dynamic, innovative, fast-paced, and rapidly-growing environment.
• Capable of working collaboratively across various functions.
• Adaptable with the ability to respond swiftly to shifting priorities.
• Proficient in articulating and implementing solutions to streamline processes.
• Must reside in the Northeast region (MD to MA).
• Willingness to travel regularly to active construction sites; occasional travel outside the Northeast may be necessary.
