Construction Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Manage the safe and effective execution of utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and related Substation construction projects from the pre-construction phase through to commissioning and handover.

• Act as the owner's representative on-site.

• Report directly to the onsite manager.

• Ensure that contractors perform their work in line with contract documents, engineering specifications, company standards, safety requirements, budget constraints, schedule, and quality objectives.

• Direct field operations throughout the entire project construction lifecycle.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Development, Supply Chain, Environmental, Commissioning, and external teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma.

• Over 8 years of professional experience.

• Capability to oversee utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and related Substation construction projects.

• Competence in ensuring adherence to contract documents, engineering specifications, company standards, safety protocols, budget constraints, schedule, and quality objectives.

• Ability to coordinate activities among Engineering, Development, Supply Chain, Environmental, Commissioning, and external team members.
