Construction Insurance Claims Lawyer – Permanent Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee amicable and litigated claims files

• Evaluate civil liability claims, including risks related to bodily injury, as well as ten-year construction liability claims

• Assess liability and negotiate the distribution of responsibility between the insured and the injured party

• Collaborate with construction professionals, loss adjusters, and legal representatives

• Supervise legal proceedings

• Maintain a high standard of service for policyholders

• Participate in expert evaluations and policyholder meetings, as necessary

• Detail-oriented and highly organized

• Strong sense of teamwork and dedication to the organization

• Exceptional writing abilities and effective verbal communication skills

• Initial experience in managing litigated construction claims

• Comprehensive understanding of construction insurance

• Familiarity with civil and administrative procedures would be advantageous
