Construction Feasibility Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate scope-of-work rehabilitation projects and accompanying documentation to mitigate financial risks associated with construction loan products.

• Collaborate directly with CV3 clients, external service providers, and internal departments both prior to and following loan closure.

• Verify construction budgets, agreements, and plans.

• Provide guidance on loan structures to reduce risk.

• Assess and provide feedback on client design plans/specifications, contracts, budgets, invoices, third-party feasibility reports, and design concepts for viability and loan risk.

• Act as a liaison among underwriters, credit analysts, sales teams, and clients concerning construction-related matters.

• Develop and conduct training for department customers, including introductory calls and loan-specific coaching.

• Interview and authenticate borrowers, owners’ representatives, and general contractors.

• Contribute to the formulation of construction-element credit policies.

• Engage in the development of future policies and procedures.

• Assist in the training of CFA I personnel.

• Safeguard confidential and sensitive personal, loan, business, financial, and proprietary information.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline.

• 3-5 years of experience in construction management.

• In-depth understanding of construction loans with reserves.

• Familiarity with construction terminology.

• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

• Proficient in using construction budget confirmation systems, such as the Marshall and Swift Estimator.

• Awareness of draw inspection reports.

• Exceptional organizational, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.

• Competency in conducting telephone interviews.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

• Ability to execute tasks meticulously.

• Proficiency in managing multiple assignments without direct supervision.
