Construction Estimating – Project Management Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee and refresh construction timelines, Gantt charts, and project documentation.

• Document daily stand-up discussions and outcomes from weekly production meetings.

• Administer punch lists, work orders, closing documentation, and lien release waivers.

• Assist with permit acquisition and entitlement procedures.

• Coordinate work scopes and contract finalization with trade partners.

• Gather W-9 forms and Certificates of Insurance; oversee contractor agreements.

• Engage directly with trade partners to guarantee task fulfillment and schedule consistency.

• Aid in material sourcing, purchase orders, and vendor selection.

• Process invoices from trade partners and reconcile financial documentation.

• Create project estimates, budgets, take-offs, and bid analyses.

• Spot cost-saving initiatives and highlight recurring operational challenges.

• Collaborate with architects and designers to ensure specification sheets are current.

• Support initiatives for process enhancement and track operational metrics.

• Provide direct project assistance to the Director of Construction for all ongoing projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in construction project management or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in scheduling tools such as Gantt charts and the critical path method.

• Outstanding written communication skills and attention to detail.

• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple workstreams and hold teams accountable.

• Reliable internet access and the ability to work full-time during EST hours.

• Experience with BuilderTrend is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with US construction documentation standards (W-9s, COIs, lien waivers) is strongly preferred.

• Previous experience supporting remote construction or development teams is highly regarded.
