This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Conduct investigations and adjust claims for residential and commercial property and casualty with minimal supervision.
• Assess claims and promptly communicate with all involved parties.
• Analyze claim circumstances to determine coverage, causes, compensable damages, and reserves.
• Review insurance policies and documentation to ascertain coverage details.
• Create estimates for repair and replacement expenses.
• Interview claimants and witnesses to gather pertinent information.
• Negotiate and resolve first- and third-party claims effectively.
• Manage salvage and subrogation matters as required by clients.
• Foster client relationships to encourage repeat business referrals.
• Execute other duties as assigned.
• Contribute to the organization's quality programs.
• Travel as necessary for the role.
• IIA-AIC designation is mandatory.
• Valid state adjuster license is essential.
• A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.
• Proficient in PC use, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
• Proven commitment to timely reporting.

• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Capability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to meet or surpass Performance Competencies.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods.
• Must be capable of kneeling, squatting, or bending as necessary.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
• Capacity to climb, crawl, stoop, kneel, and work overhead.
• Able to lift and carry weights up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push or pull weights up to 100 pounds.
• Must be able to drive for up to 4 hours daily.
