Construction Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and manage Power BI dashboards and reports.

• Examine data related to construction, projects, schedules, safety, quality, and operations.

• Extract, structure, cleanse, and verify data from SharePoint, Excel, project management systems, and various databases.

• Organize and maintain SharePoint folders, libraries, lists, and project-related data.

• Evaluate current processes and pinpoint areas for efficiency and workflow enhancement.

• Collaborate with project and construction teams to grasp reporting requirements.

• Automate regular reports and enhance data collection methods.

• Recognize trends, data discrepancies, and areas for improvement.

• Deliver data-driven insights and suggestions for project management.

• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.

• Proficient in Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint.

• Familiarity with Power Query, DAX, and Power BI.

• Knowledge of Power Automate is preferred.

• Background in BESS, Wind, Solar, construction, or renewable energy is preferred.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.

• Capability to sit, stand, and work on a computer for extended durations.

• Proficient in using standard office equipment, including computers, phones, and associated technologies.

• Ability to occasionally lift and transport office materials or equipment weighing up to 15 pounds.

• Willingness to travel to project sites, meetings, or company locations as necessary.
