This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create engaging, high-quality short-form product demonstrations and various video content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels, managing the filming and editing process independently.
• Develop written and video materials for social media posts, articles, and social copy targeting general contractors (GC) and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with customer success, support, and marketing teams to produce ROI guides, how-to content, and educational resources.
• Conduct webinars and live content sessions.
• Assess, verify, and fact-check Clearstory marketing materials for industry relevance and authenticity.
• Generate and propose content ideas rooted in the challenges faced on job sites and in back-office operations.
• Enhance Clearstory's visibility and reputation among general contractors and specialty contractors.
• Cultivate and maintain a robust personal brand on LinkedIn.
• Participate in industry discussions, engage with comments, and connect with online communities.
• Represent Clearstory at industry events, trade associations, and within online platforms.
• Act as a liaison between Clearstory's end users and the marketing department.
• Ensure content aligns with campaign goals, product launches, and sales strategies.
• Assist go-to-market teams in ensuring that AI skills effectively communicate the right messaging in scaled content.
• Serve as the internal expert on contractor viewpoints and decision-making processes.
• Contribute to sales enablement materials, including customer success stories, guides for overcoming objections, and field-facing resources.
• 3–5 years of experience working with general contractors or subcontractors.
• Direct experience managing construction job sites and handling change orders.
• Proficiency in independently filming and editing short-form product demonstrations and video content.
• Skills in creating written and video content for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and articles.
• Strong communication abilities tailored to general contractor and subcontractor audiences.
• Capability to develop ROI guides, how-to resources, and educational content.
• Experience in hosting webinars and live sessions.
• Expertise in the construction industry for the review, validation, and fact-checking of marketing content.
• Understanding of job site and back-office challenges.
• Ability to build and sustain an active personal brand on LinkedIn.
• Familiarity with industry discussions, community engagements, events, and trade associations.
• Collaborative skills to work with customer success, support, marketing, go-to-market, and sales teams.
