Configuration Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Configure the grants management system in accordance with client requirements and workflow specifications.

• Establish system modules, user roles, forms, business rules, permissions, and automation pathways.

• Ensure that configuration modifications adhere to internal standards and uphold platform integrity.

• Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues related to configuration.

• Collaborate with development teams to escalate and address complex technical challenges.

• Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot inconsistencies in workflow or setup.

• Engage with client-facing teams to grasp agency needs and convert them into system solutions.

• Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders and guide them through the logic of configuration.

• Prepare and maintain documentation for configuration and update knowledge bases accordingly.

• Participate in QA testing for updates, releases, and new functionalities.

• Ensure that implementations meet compliance, functional, and user experience standards.

• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Product, and Support teams to close feedback loops.

• Recommend enhancements for workflow efficiency and configuration processes.

• Assist in onboarding new clients by supporting platform setup and data synchronization.

• Proven experience in configuring grants management systems or similar platforms.

• Strong understanding of workflow design and system integration.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

• Effective communication skills, especially with non-technical audiences.

• Familiarity with QA testing processes and methodologies.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Experience in documentation and knowledge management practices.
