This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Act as a dedicated relationship manager for high-net-worth clients.

• Provide exceptional, personalized service across all banking requirements.

• Cultivate and sustain in-depth client relationships to comprehend their financial objectives, preferences, and service expectations.

• Offer tailor-made concierge services, including account management, transaction support, travel assistance, and access to exclusive banking benefits.

• Work collaboratively with internal departments.

• Proactively seek opportunities to enhance client relationships and direct clients to relevant specialists.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal policies during client interactions and transactions.

• Address client issues and inquiries effectively while upholding high service standards and confidentiality.

• Organize exclusive client events or experiences to foster loyalty and engagement.

• Travel to client offices, prospects, branches, and industry events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred).

• 3–5+ years of experience in private, retail, or concierge banking.

• Demonstrated success in client relationship management and sales performance.

• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including investments, credit, and insurance.

• Discretion and professionalism in managing sensitive and confidential client information.

• Clear and effective communicator.
