Computer Software and Integration Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee, administer, and manage applications and integrations within production sustainment.

• Investigate defects, interface issues, and change requests; design and implement solutions.

• Organize and assist with software updates, patches, and releases through testing and production phases.

• Ensure that system documentation, configuration records, and version baselines are up-to-date.

• Collaborate with developers, DBAs, and the government team to conduct root cause analysis and resolve issues.

• Provide support for the Defense Logistics Agency program.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an active Secret Clearance.

• A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience is required.

• Experience in life-cycle support, encompassing maintenance, administration, and management is essential.

• Availability to commence work on 4 January 2027 is necessary.

• Willingness to sign a Letter of Commitment is required.

• Preferred: Experience in sustaining DLA or other DoD enterprise applications.

• Capability to sit or stand for extended durations and perform computer-related tasks using standard office equipment.

• Frequent verbal communication, active listening skills, and visual acuity are necessary.

• Must adhere to site-specific safety, security, and dress standards.
