Computer Operator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage intricate computer systems, networks, and applications.

• Operate distributed systems within a multi-vendor setting.

• Execute batch operations in alignment with service agreements.

• Investigate first-level issues across various systems.

• Address or redirect issues as necessary.

• Create tailored support system management processes to meet customer needs.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to promote customer success.

• Familiarity with scheduling software, reporting, and logging.

• Proficient in operating systems (Windows or Mac).

• Experience in troubleshooting, backup/recovery, and basic networking (preferred).
