This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nigeria.

📋 Description

• Identify and address visa and recruitment risks within the Nigerian student pipeline.

• Analyze trends related to visa refusals.

• Evaluate applicant profiles while assisting the business and partner universities in enhancing visa outcomes, student quality, and conversion rates.

• Monitor visa results by agent and pinpoint agents that are responsible for an inordinate number of refusals or high-risk applications.

• Examine refusal notices and detect recurring patterns.

• Maintain a precise refusal database for trend analysis and reporting to partners.

• Promptly communicate significant trends in refusals.

• Develop and uphold compliance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and dashboards.

• Conduct pre-CAS risk interventions and quality assurance processes.

• Prepare compliance reports for management and Nigeria-specific reporting.

• Assist in agent compliance and improvement following interventions.

• Complete compliance training programs.

• Perform various or additional duties in line with business needs as requested by the line manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation.

• In-depth knowledge of the UK Student visa pathway and relevant UKVI regulations.

• Experience in international student recruitment, UK higher education, admissions, compliance, or a related sector.

• Comprehensive understanding of the Nigerian international student recruitment landscape.

• Ability to escalate challenging issues with confidence.

• Desirable: Experience collaborating directly with UK universities or educational providers.

• Desirable: Previous experience in UKVI compliance or international admissions.

• Desirable: Experience in conducting applicant interviews or credibility assessments.
