Senior Project Specialist – Medical Affairs, Compliance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Complete all necessary documentation for the compliant engagement of scientific leaders under CSAs.

• Utilize internal processes, templates, and systems to secure required approvals.

• Maintain essential CSA documentation within the company document repository.

• Provide relevant information to the requesting business area and relay administrative details to scientific leaders.

• Align scientific leaders and external vendors to effectively manage logistics.

• Collaborate with the EMEAC GMAC GEIME team to ensure administrative support is available for Input and Medical Education meetings.

• Supervise vendors/agencies involved in the planning and execution of activities.

• Ensure that assigned systems and data repositories adhere to internal policies and compliance metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in providing administrative support to medical affairs and compliance, along with managing scientific/medical leader meetings in the pharmaceutical sector.

• Knowledge of the contracting process.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proven project management capabilities.

• Understanding of compliance, including familiarity with industry compliance rules and requirements.

• Required expertise in managing engagements and meetings with medical/scientific leaders.

• Experience with Veeva Vault is essential.

• A BA/BS degree in science, business, administration, healthcare, or a related field.

• Willingness to travel intermittently (10–20%).
